Refund & Return Policy

At KaalChakra, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
